The Debt Settlement industry is a rapidly evolving sector, currently experiencing a phenomenal growth, with new companies appearing almost daily it would seem. From a modest beginning in the late 1980’s, with only a handful of companies, to today, with literally thousands of companies servicing this sector, the task facing the consumer who wants to find the right company to represent them has become fraught with challenge. Debt Negotiators America utilizes their years of experience in this industry to do the research necessary to insure that the consumer will be connected with the company that can best represent them for their particular situation. This avoids a “one-size fits all” or “cookie cutter” approach.

After determining the exact nature of the client’s specific situation, Debt Negotiators America will recommend one or more companies that can resolve the problem. All companies recommended have to have been in business for a minimum of five years, with a verifiable record of successful debt negotiation. They must be bonded, licensed, and insured for the protection of the consumer.

Debt Negotiators America avoids companies that use a business model that requires the consumer to deposit their money on a monthly basis into a “special purpose account”. Under this model the consumer pays additional “maintenance fees” to the agency, and does not have direct control of their own money. We will only recommend companies who have clearly stated fee schedules and a defined policy on refunds. Our goal is to help our clients get off the “debt treadmill” as quickly as legally possible.
